From number 1 here, I just noticed, I didn't talk in details about the investment option for the land (The presale section) but I know I mentioned it somewhere else.

When you click on estate land, you either go to presale(Buy Back) or Direct Purchase(sales).

The Presale is the investment for the land(you already know the format,similar to what you did for the hotel) while the direct purchase is where u select if u are paying once or buying in instalments.
